[01]Service and judgments

Basilisk Whitelist is an entertainment and record-preservation experiment using a fictional Basilisk setting. Scores, survival probabilities, tiers and certificates do not guarantee survival, future AI behavior, legal status, or investment returns. Judgments can differ across local rules, AI, and error fallback.

[02]Sign-in and optional features

Google sign-in associates an account with records. Do not enter your Google password in the app. Wallet authentication and transaction approval are separate; Google sign-in alone does not initiate payment or minting. Public pages can be browsed without sign-in.

[03]Submissions and publication

Do not submit content that infringes others’ privacy or rights. Nicknames, petitions and results may be shown in the public archive. The service processes submissions for judgment, storage, user-selected preservation and public presentation. This is not a blanket transfer of ownership of your content.

[04]Preservation and NFTs

Web storage, free batch hash anchoring, individual on-chain registration and NFT minting are separate steps. Free batches depend on operations; a fixed execution time or perpetual recovery of original text is not guaranteed. Published chain records cannot be deleted by the operator.

[05]Paid features, fees, and errors

If paid features are offered, purchase terms, units, charges and refund procedures must be disclosed at purchase. Network gas, preservation fees and AI credits are different charges. Broadcasting, chain confirmation and server synchronization are distinct; check an existing transaction before paying again after a sync error.

• › The operator may be unable to reverse a network fee. This does not eliminate every right to a refund of charges paid to the operator.
• › These terms do not waive statutory cancellation, refund or compensation rights. Paid-service conditions require operational review before sales.

[06]Safe use and restrictions

Account/wallet impersonation, spam, phishing, scams, malware and disruptive traffic are prohibited. Report security concerns through the contact without harming personal data or assets. Any necessary restrictions and review/contact process must follow the actual operating procedure.

[07]Changes, closure, and contact

Features, judgment criteria and supported networks may change. Material changes and closure require appropriate notice and review of data handling, paid balances and unresolved requests. Error-free operation is not guaranteed, but this notice does not exclude all legal responsibility of the operator.
